**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Operational Management:

- Lead, supervise, and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including customer service and logistics day-to-day operations, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily sales tracking, review order intake, orderbook, ensure invoicing of dispatched goods, and monitor shipment and goods in transit status.
- Review and monitor the order book for a smooth in-flow of supply, ensuring follow-up activities on overdue and pending acknowledgment order lines.
- Collaborate with global and regional demand planning teams and manufacturing units to improve availability and reliability service levels.
- Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken within timelines.
- Review documents related to handling product write-offs, transfers, sample requests, Debit/Credit Note, and supplier invoices.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners for logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective delivery of goods and improvement activities.
- Support distributors' development and transformation initiatives with strong coordination with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to support pricing activities, including documentation, pricing review, and proposals related to customer inquiries when required.
- Act on tasks and assignments proactively, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all responsibilities.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement strategic plans for supply chain operational efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with department and business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership in coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop processes to drive digitalization and automation in customer service and logistics operations.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and quality standards to drive improvements in customer service and logistics processes.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or master's degree in Supply Chain Management/Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service and logistics operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is added advantage to deal with mandarin-speaker clients.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills with good cross-functional collaborations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Results-driven skills.
