**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for overall factory management effectiveness
- Manage factory resources and manpower in the most optimal and efficient manner to achieve output targets
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement plans and minimize wastage
- ISO 9001:2015 and others accreditations are maintained and standards procedures are in place and monitored
- Responsible for daily operational activities covering 3 Divisions that is Foundry sector, Pump manufacturing sector and Pump servicing sector
- Full control over the Foundry sector covering work processes such as sand mold preparation, smelting of metal scrap into the furnace, pouring into mold, casting, heat treatment, breaking mold, grinding and cleaning
- Full control over the Pump manufacturing sector covering work processes such as machining parts, grinding, welding, hydrotest, painting, assemble parts till finished goods
- Full control over the Pump servicing sector covering work processes such as welding work, in-house and at site pump servicing jobs

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organizational skills and result-oriented
- Must be able to troubleshoot any problem arise especially at the production floor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
