**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of daily operations of the master data management and maintenance team
- Execute and monitor master data management and maintenance activities while complying with global master data policies and practices.
- Execution of processes to audit & measure the efficiency as well as quality of the MDM maintenance process.
- Facilitating the development, implementation, training, and ongoing improvements of a global setup/maintenance process in the assigned areas
- Support the global MDM team to ensure the EMEA region is following the global process and achieving data quality metrics.
- Support and execute data cleanup projects to improve data accuracy.
- Understanding of business processes and identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvements.
- Assisting with the implementation of the Global MDM strategy & processes to standardize / centralize master data management and maintenance activities.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators as agreed.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Data, Statistics or equivalent.
- Diploma in relevant background and experience.

Relevant Experience:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience with executing established business processes and data standards.
- Business process or data standard experience in the following areas will be a plus: supplier and customer.

Technical Competence & Skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and work on multiple task assignments.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Others (language, etc.):

- Good communication skills; both oral and written English.
- Region-specific language skill is a plus. (Europe region).
- This role will be supporting Europe and working hours to be from 12.30m to 9.30pm
