**Scope of Work**:
- To manage Division Head's calendar and to arrange stakeholders, including arranging individual sessions for department/division Head's engagement with staff.
- To provide administrative support to department/division's Head to ensure effective and efficient operations (order refreshment, manage correspondences, meeting scheduling, making appointments, manage travel requirement & claims).
- To prepare Letter of Undertaking (LOU) for department event's venue booking purposes.
- To process invoices.
- To arrange for any logistic requirement on physical movement in office floor.
- Dealing with ICT personnel on new laptop requests, company system related issues and general assistance to superior's ICT related issues.
- To assist on daily administrative and clerical tasks within the department.
- **Requirement**:
- Relevant Diploma in Secretarial Science and any related fields.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
