Product Executive

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia J&T International Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist to define the road maps of the Air and Sea freight products according to global and local strategies.
- Assist in reviewing pricing strategies and conduct profit margin analysis to maintain competitiveness.
- Assist to negotiate rates contracts with vendors/ airlines/ carriers.
- Assist to provide competitive rates and present product value proposition to Sales & Marketing in accordance with the Air & Sea freight strategies.
- Assist to manage daily quotation request (internal/ external).
- Feedback to Sales team on customers’ shipment requirements.
- Assist with claim and compensation investigation.
- Assist in evaluating and deciding the local provider with compliance to all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support on weekly/ monthly vendor performance review by Operations team.
- To work closely with Operations, Sales & Marketing for the development of the freight sales pipelines.
- To perform any other tasks as and when required

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of concrete working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Sound knowledge in Air and Sea freight business.
- Results driven.
- Excellent negotiation, planning and organisational skills.
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Good written and verbal communication in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proactive, meticulous, team player, initiative with positive work attitude.
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
