To assist the Human Resources Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
- Maintaining updated physical and digital employee personnel records, updating internal databases with new hire information and filing of physical documents of employees. To ensure all HR documents are filed and stored properly and easy to retrieve.
- Taking care of New Employee Onboarding related activities (includes of conducting New Employee Onboarding Briefing, responding to new hire’s questions about company and HR policies and practices, prepare onboarding checklists to new hire and collect documents required for P-File creation purpose.
- Preparing New Employee Fixed Assets Acknowledgement form and maintaining updated record of fixed assets logbook (both physical copies and database).
- Produce and submit reports and statistic on Leave and Attendance, Payroll activity to HR Manager.
- To conduct offboarding related activities (Exit clearance, work handover and exit interview).
- To counsel employees concerning work-related problems and providing feedback to management when necessary.
- Answering phone calls from bank/ third party for staff confirmation.
- To assist in payroll process and activities related.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder in Human Resources or related field (essential).
- Basic Knowledge of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Basic Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Good in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
