Customer Service Representative

Designation: Customer Service Representative (Travel) - Cantonese/Mandarin
Location: Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
Working hours: 8 AM - 10 PM (rotational 8 hour basis)
Working days: Monday to Sunday (5 working days, 2 off days)
**Salary**: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (basic) + RM500 language allowance
**Responsibilities**:
- Adjust, modify, or cancel existing reservations.
- Initiate outbound calls to hotels/guests for coordinating special requests.
- Serve as a liaison between guests and hotels to resolve complaints.
- Cultivate relationships with hotels, delivering exemplary customer service and providing account management support.
**Requirements**:
- Able to read and write in simplified and traditional Chinese
- SPM and above
- Have customer service experience preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
