We are looking for a person who is multi-tasking, hard-working, and capable. (equipped with accounts knowledge if possible)

Briefly job description:

Verify the accuracy and completeness of the order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery information.
- Order Entry: Entering the order information into the order management system or database.

Ensure the accuracy of data entry, including customer details, product codes, pricing, and any special instructions or requirements.
- Order Confirmation: Sending an order confirmation to the customer, acknowledging receipt of the order, and confirming the details.

Providing an estimated delivery date or timeframe.
- Order Processing: Reviewing the order for any potential issues or discrepancies.

Checking product availability and stock levels.Coordinating with other departments, such as inventory, production, or logistics, to ensure timely fulfillment of the order.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing the products according to the order specifications.

Generating shipping labels and necessary documentation. Coordinating with the shipping carrier or logistics team for the pickup or delivery of the order.
- Order Tracking and Updates: Providing regular updates to the customer regarding the status of their order, including tracking information if applicable.

Addressing any delays, changes, or issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Invoicing and Payment: Generating and sending an invoice to the customer, including accurate pricing and any applicable taxes or fees.

Monitoring and following up on payment status, ensuring timely payment.
- Order Completion and Follow-up: Confirming the successful delivery or receipt of the order by the customer.

Addressing any post-delivery issues or concerns raised by the customer, such as returns, exchanges, or after-sales support.
- Keep records and reports up to date

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
