**Responsibilities**:

- Identify client availability and preferred scheduling platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
- Confirm meeting details and send calendar invites to clients and internal team members.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled meetings and client interactions.
- Reschedule meetings as needed, ensuring all parties are notified promptly.
- May provide detailed information about the proposed alternative plan to clients (Training provided)

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using online scheduling tools and calendar management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in the Chinese and English languages.

**Bonus points**:

- Experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms.
- Prior knowledge of the financial industry we operate in.

**Salary and Incentives**:

- **RM 1,800 - 2,000**
- **Incentive for every successful conversion.**

**Working Hours**
- 9 am to 5pm
- Monday to Friday
- Work From Home (except for scheduled meeting with management or trainings)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
