a) To be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record b) Properly open and close outlet each day according to Standard Operating Procedures c) Accurately book, change and cancel appointments d) Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the outlet e) Ensure that locker room and relaxation area are clean and stocked for flow of incoming and out-going guests f) Ensure that the check-in and payment process are handled in accordance with company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company's assets g) Provide detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation h) Utilize outlet computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed i) Answer the phone promptly and use the guest's name throughout the phone conversation; operate phone system accurately and efficiently j) Maintain eye contact when addressing guests and develop professional and personalized relationship with regular guests k) Handle guests' questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously. I) Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy m) Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction n) Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area o) Ensure adequate stock of supplies and inform management when stock is low p) Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time q) Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment r) Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa s) Ability to assume responsibilities of the head of the outlet when necessary t) Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management u) Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the outlet that require attention.
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS RELATED TO SPA, REFLEXOLOGY, BEAUTY SPECIALISTS, CHIROPODISTS, MANICURIST, PERFUMERS, PROPRIETORS OF HAIRDRESSING AND HAIR WAVINGS SALONS AND MASSEURS, TO OPEN SHOPS, SALONS AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS AND TO MANUFACTURE, BUY, SELL, LET, OR TAKE ON HIRE, REPAIR, CLEAN OR OTHERWISE DEAL IN COSMETICS, SKIN CARE PRODUCTS LIPSTICKS, NAIL VARNISHES, WIGS, HAIR DYES, HAIRDRESSING APPLIANCES, POWDER DREAMS, OINTMENTS, ARTICLES, SOAPS, ESSENTIAL OIL, PERFUMES AND SIMILIAR ARTICLES\ TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS PROPRIETORS OF RESTAURANTS, HOTELS, REFRESHMENT AND TEA ROOMS, CAFES AND MILK AND SNACK BAR, TAVERN, BEER HOUSE AND LODGING HOUSE KEEPERS, LICENSED VIRTUALLERS, WINE, BEER AND SPIRIT MERCHANTS, BREWERS, MALTSTERS, DISTILLERS, IMPORTERS AND MANUFACTURERS OF AERATED, MINERAL AND ARTIFICIAL WATERS AND OTHER DRINKS AND AS CATERERS AND CONTRACTORS IN ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE BRANCHES.\ TO PROMOTE, ESTABLISH AND CARRY ON BUSINESS AS BUYERS, SELLERS, IMPORTERS, EXPORTERS, MANUFACTURERS, DEALERS, BUYING OR SELLING COMMISSION AGENTS AND OTHERWISE DEAL IN GOODS, MERCHANDISE AND ARTICLES OF ALL DESCRIPTION WHICH CAN CONVENIENTLY BE DEALT WITH BY THE COMPANY AND TO BUY, HIRE, MANUFACTURER, PRODUCE, GOODS STORES AND THINGS CAPABLE OF BEING USED IN SUCH BUSINESS AS AFORESAID IN ANY WAY CONNECTION THEREWITH.
