We are looking for a pleasant **Front Office Assistant **to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Customer service orientation
- Proficient in English and Bahasa (oral and written)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- To be able to check-in guest in a prompt and efficient manner.
- To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
- To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
- To keep up to date with room prices and special offers to provide accurate information to guests.

**Experienced Customer Service background will be an advantage.**

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
