**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing Specialist at Deemples, you will hold a pivotal role in promoting our apps, games, and events, while also managing fundamental CRM activities. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting engaging newsletters, overseeing push notifications, WhatsApp messaging, and creating visually captivating design assets using tools like Canva. Additionally, you will take charge of advertising campaigns and leverage various marketing tools to bolster our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **CRM Management**:

- Develop and send newsletters to keep users informed about app updates, upcoming games, and events.
- Manage push notifications and WhatsApp messaging to engage and retain users effectively.

2. **Design Assets**:

- Create eye-catching design assets for marketing materials, utilizing tools such as Canva or equivalent platforms.

3. **Advertising and Marketing**:

- Strategize and execute online advertising campaigns to reach our target audience.
- Harness the power of Facebook Ads Manager and other marketing tools to optimize ad performance.

4. **Customer Acquisition**:

- Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas for acquiring new users.
- Analyze user data and insights to identify opportunities for user acquisition and retention strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in digital marketing and CRM.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Open to recent graduates who demonstrate potential and a willingness to learn and grow.
