**Job Summary**:

- The position shall work closely with the IT team and all other stakeholders to ensure that cyber security initiatives meet objectives across our organization. Responsibilities include using the skills to detect insecure features and malicious activities within the networks and infrastructure.
- The specialist's focus is not only limited to assessing whether vulnerabilities exist but also how those risks could be mitigated which can help provide organizations with more confidence about system stability going forward.

**MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
- Review and recommend upgrade of network and infrastructure systems
- Implement and maintain security controls
- Identify and solve potential and actual security problems
- Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipate security requirements
- Keep users informed by preparing performance reports, communicating system status
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Compliance with IT cybersecurity policies
- Compliance to security standards adopted by the Company
- Security Control and Risk Assessment
- Security Management System (ISMS)
- Compliance with ISO Clause 5.3 Organisational roles, responsibilities and authority_
- Always adhere to Air Selangor Integrated Management System (AIMS) and HSE policy and involvement in implementing the Management System.
- Ensure the objective/KPI are established in line with the Company's contexts, strategic direction and purpose.
- Aware, understand and manage key risks, hazards and aspects of your work activities.
- Acknowledge your right not to conduct any work deemed to be harmful to your health and safety
- Aware and understand your roles and responsibility to provide support during the execution of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) during crisis/emergency, ensuring the continuation of water supply to the consumer at highest quality and providing the best service and customer experience.
- Aware and understand the asset criticality in the operational activities and ensure all assets are maintained in good working conditions.
- Aware and understand the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of information assets under your custodian.
- Aware and understand the whistle-blower policy and carry out daily job activity with full integrity
- Practice SACRED personality while carrying out daily job activity, which includes: Safety Conscious/ Agile/ Creative/Reliable/Efficient/Digitally driven

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or its equivalent
- Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements
- Ability to adjust to changing requirements and priorities and to perform assigned tasks with a mínimal amount of direct supervision.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity management
- Ability to deal with confidential data and be objective in handling security matters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, and experience dealing with all levels of the organization in solving problems.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
