Customer Experience & Sale Executive Officer
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations for customers and receive sales orders/ POs
- Provide internal sales support to HQ including confirmations of sales, delivery orders and others sales related requirements
- Providing customer support and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Sale management to ensure alignment of promotions and products
- Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional customer experience and service
- Understanding customers' needs and provide appropriate customization laptop or desktop solutions
- Build and maintain good relationship with the customers to increase repeat business.
- Any ad-hoc Administrative duties and tasks assigned by the Management
**Requirements**:
Diploma / Degree / Professional Certificate
Have basic speaking and writing etiquette.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Technical knowledge/experience in IT/PC troubleshooting is an added advantage.
5 working days per week (Including Weekends with rotation/shift basis)
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
