Assistant Account Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager to support Account and Finance Department. In this role you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to details and communication skills are both essential.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting Department which includes monthly and end-year processes, monthly reporting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and balance sheets schedules.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce insightful financial reporting
- Manage and supervise operations to ensure that the accounting processes are in line with the company policies and internal control and ensure operations are operating effectively.
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, outlets, departments, bankers and relevant.
- Plan, execute, and report on internal financial audit engagements
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Proficient in MS Office/Word & SQL
- Can start work immediately is an advantage
- Presentable & good inter-personal skills.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**JOB LOCATION**
**No 48 A, Jalan Pelabur A, 23/A, Sekseyn 23, Shah Alam.**
**WORKING HOUR**
**Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
