**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and efficient check in and out service at Hotel Reception.
- Providing efficient, friendly and cordial service at the Hotel front desk.
- Carry out completion of registration process by retrieving and inputting information into computer system and confirming the guest's Hotel reservation information.
- To take on a proactive role by always being at the Hotel Reception counters’ and Lobby ensuring that all hotel policies and instructions implemented are followed throughout.
- Basic Cashiering and Credit Card Handling.
- To Take phone enquiries and internet hotel room reservations.
- Assist in quotations for group arrival. (Corporate / Travel Agent enquiry)
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
- Handle the night audit process via ABS Hotel Management Software. (Male Applicants - in the case of Night Auditor).
- Closing the guest's accounts at the time of check out.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Being able to speak in more languages is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. Prior Hotel Experiences or customer service related experiences are preferred.
- Pleasant, well groomed, responsible and punctual for work.
Must be able to work in shift environment.
