Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Building Manager in executing all aspects of building management services, processes, and systems efficiently and effectively for our condominium client.
- Liaise with relevant authorities in relation to permits, insurance, licenses, etc. for operations, property maintenance, security, and safety.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Attend to complaints and coordinate rectification works.
- Coordinate and arrange monthly council meetings and AGMs, as well as prepare Minutes of Committee Meetings.
- Handle administration, marketing, asset management, and insurance management in liaison with the owner.
- Ensure healthy collection for monthly maintenance charges, sinking fund, etc.
- Ensure adherence to renovation and moving guidelines.
- Liaise with consultants, solicitors, local councils, and other government authorities.
- Monitor collections and discuss with the committee on the various actions to be taken against defaulters.

**Requirements**:

- At least two years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- The ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Possess good personality and PR skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently/ as a team, positive, and proactive.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
