Job Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and promote our products/services to generate interest and secure sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns.
- Continuously strive for personal and team improvement through feedback and training.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated.
- High school diploma; additional sales training is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
