**Responsibilities**:
1. The objective of this role is to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors of the Group, through work closely with the Management and Head of Department.

2. This role requires strong adaptability and resilience as the Group responded to the unique challenges of sustainability that is pertinent to the industry as well as to meet regulatory compliance, stakeholders’ expectation, and response strategies.

3. Principal functions in Group Sustainability Department:
a) Lead the tracking, compliance, monitoring, and reporting of material ESG factors of the Group, for the preparation of annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX Listing Requirements compliances.

b) Proactively monitor development of regulatory rules and guidelines include SGX mainboard listing rule, TCFD, GRI, and others. Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and legislation.

c) Asist to certifications preparation of the Group’s entities on RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, etc.

d) Keep abreast on any upcoming regulations or requirements such as (EU Deforestation Regulation) in relation to the applicable commodities.

e) Work together with the Management to develop, formulate, and implement group policies, business process and data management on various compliance requirements.

f) Establish, collaborate, and work with internal cross-functional team members to develop appropriate goals, metrics, and process for measuring the Group’s performance with respect to sustainability and ESG.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
