Account Assistant (Mandarin/English Speaking)
Location: Subang Jaya / Work From Home
We are seeking a Mandarin and English speaking accounting assistant to join our team. The role involves managing and updating accounts for our overseas clients, tax compilation and submission, and liaising with clients abroad.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- 1-2 years of accounting knowledge or working experience for an Australian company
- Proficiency in MYOB, Quickbooks, or XERO
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and update accounts for overseas companies
- Compile and submit taxes in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with overseas clients to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist in various accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor
