Overview:
As a company secretary or corporate management professional, you will ensures compliance with corporate governance and legal requirements, maintaining proper records, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. They assist in preparing and filing company documents, coordinate board meetings, and provide guidance on corporate governance matters. Their role as a trusted advisor to the board of directors helps promote transparency, accountability, and good corporate practices, enabling the organisation to meet its legal obligations and achieve strategic objectives.

- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience. **Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply**:
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and governance principles in Malaysia.
- A fast learner who is able to work independently
- Able to work with tight reporting deadlines
- Good communication and written skills
