Company Secretary Executive/junior Executive

Job Summary
- Assisting the HOD to achieve the objective of the unit, i.e., to ensure that the company adheres to the standard legal and financial practices; in order to comply with company, securities regulations and listing requirements, where applicable.
Job Responsibility:
- Provide secretarial and administrative assistance and support to the Department.
- Assist in all aspects of corporate secretarial services for all companies under the Group which includes ensuring proper maintenance of statutory records, due submission of statutory returns and compliance of statutory requirements under the Companies Act 2016.
- Preparation of statutory forms returns and notifications in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements, Securities Commission Act and other relevant authorities.
- Prepare draft resolutions, minutes of board, board committee and shareholders meetings.
- Coordinate, organize board, board committee and shareholders meetings.
- Ensuring efficient and accurate management of company documents. Ensure that any requests from other departments or third parties get an adequate timely response.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by superior/management.
Qualification and Skill requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration/Corporate Administration
- ICSA / MAICSA graduate or currently pursuing ICSA / MAICSA course.
- 1 year of company secretarial experience.
- Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Preferred - Experience and familiar with the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities Berhad Corporate Secretarial practice, and other related statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledgeable & experience in corporate secretarial is preferred.
- Hardworking, possess a positive attitude and able to work independently.
- Good stamina and able to withstand pressure.
- Willing to work long hours during peak season to meet tight deadline.
- Fast pace, accuracy and efficiency.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
