In-house company : Semaju Jaya Management Services Sdn Bhd
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Head of Department in all company secretarial matters.
- Review and draft board paper, resolutions, minutes of board/shareholders meetings.
- Coordinate, organize and attend board/shareholders meetings.
- Handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work which includes ensuring proper maintenance of statutory records, due submission of statutory returns, preparation of circular resolutions, minutes and statutory documents.
- Ensure the proper and timely maintenance of statutory record/register/corporate information.
- To provide secretarial service in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
**Job Requirements**:
- ICSA / MAICSA graduates or currently pursuing ICSA / MAICSA course
- Well versed in Companies Act, 2016 and other related regulations.
- With at least 5-8 years working experience in the company secretarial function
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia are required
- Good writing skills and meticulous.
- Good interpersonal, organisational, communication and time management skills.
- Proactive and a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
