Admin Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- To provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters
- To coordinate and interact with other departments on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth operation of business
- To setup new offices and workstations according to plan to ensure smooth operation of business.
- To liaise with Local Municipal Authorities (PBT) on obtaining & renewing necessary license / permit
- To execute administration works in the Company
- To update and maintain systematic and proper filling records of Admin correspondences/ file
- To assist in organizing Company’s special events or Company’s activities and etc.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis
**Job Requirements**
- Experience in setting up new offices and workspace will be an added advantage.
- Alertness and attention to detail, proactive, multi-tasking abilities and accountability
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle multi-task assignment, good sense of urgency and able to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to travel outstation if necessary
- Preferably junior executive specialized in administrative support or equivalent
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration / Secretarial: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
