**Job Purpose**
- Maintain all of the corporation’s secretarial documents as well as records.
- Ensure the Group is in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
- To work with external company secretaries and provide in-house services in managing and administering secretarial practices and corporate secretarial requirements in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations
- To prepare AGM, EGM, all board meeting minutes and internal management meetings.
- Maintain regular communications with shareholders and directors
- Incorporate company, winding up, strike off.
- To ensure proper maintenance of all statutory documents.
- To liaise and follow up about issues of shares of 2 listed companies
- To arrange signing of document
- To attend others ad-hoc assignment
**Job Requirements**
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (spoken & written) are required
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Added advantage for applicants who possess ICSA qualification or equivalent.
- Able to provide prompt delivery of tasks and problem solving
- A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
