**Lead IT Architect**

The Lead IT Architect analyses, designs and develops roadmaps and implementation plans based on a current versus future state solutions architecture. He/she assesses near-term needs to establish technical requirements, integration of different product across areas such as Compute/Network/Storage. He/she analyses the current architecture, major/minor issues, reviews logs, collects additional information from the vendors to identify key issues related to performance, issues and works to fix.

He/she works in a dynamic and evolving business environment. He/she is expected to be familiar with a range of industry architectural methodologies and frameworks, architecture modelling tools, as well as product development methodologies.

He/she collaborates with other departments on architecting solutions design and integrating diverse needs and perspectives to develop fresh ideas and solutions. He/she possesses strong leadership and communication abilities, is creative and innovative in nature, and can influence key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with vendor as a SPOC to ensure key deliverables for issues fixes are achieved
- Drive key technical issues, architecture and configuration as per tender requirements
- Ensure the architecture and design is agreed with both internal stakeholders and external customers, while collaborating deeply with the practices to develop solutions that are on the mark and viable
- Ability to wok with various technical SME to collect logs and review the product logs.
- Ensure architectural changes are implemented and outcome is documented
- Develop and refine solution patterns for common and recurring problems
- Manage key stakeholders and vendors to influence the structure approach of issues faced
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve issues while providing constant updates to relevant parties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum CCIE in Security with additional certifications like PCNSE, CCSE, JNCIE-SEC
- CISSP, ISACA-CISM and/or Certified Ethical hacker type of certifications.
- 10+ years experience in security design, compliancy, configuration and controls
- Strong knowledge in designing and implementing, RBAC, CyberArk Privileged access management software and token based authentication software like RSA.
- Deep knowledge in PKI, encryption and HSM integration for new design and existing infrastructure.
- Ability to conduct deep dive security architecture workshops, review network and data center device configuration for security hardening and compare with CIS security policies.
- Ability to gather customer requirements, review technical design documents, hardening guides and align with enterprise architectural framework
- Thorough knowledge on conducting vulnerability assessment planning, penetration test, and reconfigure the environment as per vendor best practices
- Ability to do network risk assessment with mitigation for AAA and other compliancy requirements
- Possess strong leadership and communication abilities to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and work with multiple vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues
