**DAILY TASKS**
- Arrange scheduled waste collection by external vendor in accordance to agreed schedule and customer’s requirement.
- Supervising and monitoring of the disposal of scheduled waste to the external vendors according to rules and regulations by Department of Environment Malaysia (DOE).
- Monitoring and managing scheduled waste inventory at customer’s site.
- Ensuring all scheduled waste bins are in good order and all scheduled waste are cleared or disposed in specified manner.
- Maintaining all tools related to scheduled waste management in good order and tip top condition.
- Complying with all company rules and regulation including all safety guidelines as well as customer’s regulations as per KPI stated.
- Assisting ERT team for any scheduled waste and chemical spillage, or gas leak.
- Ensuring sufficient robust packaging (IBC/Drum) used for water disposal.
- Ensuring sufficient stock for consumable items related to scheduled waste management operations.
- Ensuring good housekeeping at scheduled waste storage and scheduled waste segregation area.
- Maintaining good records of attendance.
- Conducting the scheduled wasted operation training for the staff.
- Prepare monthly service reports and weekly reports.
- To report performance of the Quality Management System.
- Collaborates and works closely with staff in the various departments to ensure Quality Management targets are achieved.
- Maintain a proper document & data control system according to ISO9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- In charge of all matters regarding with ISO9001:2008 QMS.
- Familiar with ISO9001:2008 implementation and maintenance of documents and procedures.
- Support client and CIP Programmed.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining day to day operation to move smoothly.
- To update daily scheduled waste routine activities to customer.
- To update non-routine activity in weekly basis to customer.
- Meeting job requirements.
- To set prospective goals, plan for career development, and to encourage discussion between the employee and manager to promote optimum performance.
- To ensure that injury-free environment by maintaining zero accident, zero incident and zero environmental accident.
- To fulfil customer’s needs and satisfaction through Key Performance Indicator Program administrative and personnel services to meet legislative requirements.
- Provide support to departmental operations.
- Support for Site Manager work task.
- Maintained and organized the documentation through ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, managed safety programs and ensured compliance with all regulatory safety requirements.
- To keep promoting the awareness of customer requirements throughout the organizational.
- To keep on promoting the awareness of Quality Management System throughout the organization.
- Developed and implemented Standard Operating Procedures of Chemical and Gas Management.
- To guide and seek areas of improvement for the Quality Management System.
- Effectively support the organization’s stakeholders / user in QMS (ISO9001:2015).
- To ensure all related processes for Scheduled Waste Management for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Posses’ minimum a Diploma/Degree in Engineering/Others with at least 1-2 years’ experience in related working experience in Scheduled Waste Management field.

The Hazardous Waste Management Engineer must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Etc.
- Preparation of Service report and documentations.
- Kinetics Business - product and services.
- Electrical, mechanical, instrument, electronic and environmental health, and safety.
- Conduct internal and external training on EHS.
- Familiar with Emergency Response Team (ERT) responsibilities.
- Attended safety training in approved government agency such as NIOSH is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in 8D report presentation, FMECA, and Continuous Improvement Program (CIP).
- Familiar with ISO14001 and ISO9001:2015 auditing and certification process
- Attended professional training on Scheduled Waste Management System handling with professional and recognised organizations.
- Knowledge in Scheduled Waste Management System.
- Familiar with DOE rule and regulation.
