**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and income.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

**Invoicing and Billing**: Prepare and issue invoices to clients, track payments, and follow up on outstanding payments.

**Expense Management**: Manage and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.

**Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and statements for management review.

**Payroll Support**: Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

**Budget Monitoring**: Support in monitoring expenses against budgets and providing insights to management on financial performance.

**Administrative Assistance**: Provide administrative support including answering queries, handling correspondence, and organizing financial documents.Skills and Qualifications:
