Job Responsibilities
- Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
- Coordinate with respective department, supplies, and forwarder to update and ensure the goods are received on time and as per requirement
- Monitoring price structure and suppliers' funding
- Monitor stock level and place orders as needed
- Responsible to prepare and process purchase orders and all related documents according to the order request.
- Sourcing
- research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- To receive and inspect raw materials and spare parts according to required specifications and maintain records.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- Support the supply chain and logistic matters as per company needs.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material or equivalent
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office and related soft skill procurement and supply chain
- Customer and results-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with sourcing, materials, and services related to our company field will be preferable.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
