Conducting sales and product related training to showroom staffs.
Coaching and counselling.
Manage the discipline of showroom's staff.
Job Requirements
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Retail Management or equivalent.
At least 3 years working experience in retail management, sales & marketing.
Possess retail operations experience inclusive of sales management, product display, stock, training & development of staff and Inventory Management.
Possess positive attitude and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
