Job Descriptions Ensure effective daily front line operations Effective Planning of manpower, stocks and other resources. Plan & schedule work shift for the outlet To check and improve report quality control procedures Calculate the outlet's staff payroll monthly Execute the set the sales budget ,target and Sales analysis To monitor and manage internal audit according to HACCP Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service Administer customer complaint and see to that complaints are dealt with without delay Motivate and supervise the staff Liaise with the supervisor for any problems at the outlet. Requirements Minimum SPM qualification Proven F&B experience Minimum 1 year as Area Manager in F&B industry Applicant must be willing to travel from outlet to outlet Possess own transport Able to work on weekend, holidays, shifts Highly disciplined and self-independent Able to work under pressure and long hours Good management and solving skills Highly responsibility and uphold good integrity and honesty Additional Information
