**Executive, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)**

**Job Summary**:
As a key contributor within our Operations Division, you will not only provide assistance but lead initiatives aimed at enhancing section activities, refining vehicle inspection methods, and overseeing SOP management. Your role will be instrumental in steering the achievement of key result areas and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the Management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SOP Development and Review**: Collaborate with the Head of Section to craft and review SOPs related to vehicle inspection methods, ensuring the implementation of industry-leading practices.
- **Compliance Management**: Assure meticulous registration and management of all inspection methods and standards in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Cross-functional Support**: Extend your expertise to support other divisions, departments, or sections in resolving and enhancing vehicle inspection methods, fostering collaboration and unity.
- **Progress Reporting**: Regularly report and summarize the progress of events/incidents within the region to the Head of Section, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Quality and Safety Advocacy**: Implement, improve, and champion effective quality, safety, health, and environment management systems, ensuring adherence to required standards.
- **Helpdesk Support**: Act as a reliable point of contact for any issues related to vehicle inspection methods and their consequences, offering efficient and effective helpdesk support.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is essential.
- Fresh graduates with these qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in motor vehicles technology, standards, and legislation will be an additional advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
