**RESPONSIBILITIES**

You will be involved in our Operational activities like NOC matters (eg. incident management and technical fault resolution), Technical troubleshooting & Service delivery.

**NOC**:

- Manage and resolve Customer escalations; providing support and guidance to resolve incidents and faults escalation in a proactive and diligent manner.
- Use Nevigate Solarwinds to identify fault incidents and liaise with 3rd party suppliers for resolution.
- Maintain Nevigate Solarwinds (RMS) for automation capabilities and data integrity.
- Maintain hardware serial audits.
- Provide reports on the status and performance of Nevigate Network, ISP services and Facilities.
- Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of SLAs, running health and safety and housekeeping checks at Nevigate PoPs).

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
