If you are a person who has vast knowledge in Finance, specifically in areas of Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, someone who is result-oriented, disciplined, meticulous in completing task and work activities, team player and have strategic and critical thinker, WE WANT YOU IN OUR COMPANY
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with the team to oversee AR collection and monitor credit status.
- Reconcile AR accounts, post journal entries, and ensure accurate collection matching.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for the yearly audit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of required records.
- Generate monthly statements of accounts, sending reminders for long overdue payments.
- Conduct frequent follow-up calls with customers to expedite outstanding collections.
- Provide daily collection performance reports to superiors and the team.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.
- Offer accounting support, including treasury-related tasks and invoicing functions, as needed.
**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience of 2-3 years in credit control or accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of credit control principles, practices, and procedures.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a disciplined approach to task completion.
- Strong integrity & able to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to credit control is preferred.
- Required language(s), English & Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
