About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards. The role will also be involved in technology-related audit engagements. He/She also contributes to IT Projects planning and implementation, vendor management and IT risk and issue management.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement IT Compliance framework and policies.- Conduct regular compliance audits & collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure adherence to internal policies.- Assist in the preparation along with response to external audits and assessments- Assist in addressing compliance-related incidents and vulnerabilities- Identify and mitigate the IT risks and issues, implementing preventive and corrective actions.- Manage IT asset, Inventory update, record keeping and documentation as per company standards.- Maintain the IT policies, procedures, standards, and best practices, ensuring that they are compliant with the relevant laws and regulations.- Monitor and evaluate the IT performance and quality, using appropriate metrics and indicators.- Communicate and collaborate with management, business units, and external partners on IT implementation, expansion planning and providing them with regular reports and updates.- Coordinate the IT projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Job Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience in ITIL environment- Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field or equivalent experience- Familiarity and understanding in any audit frameworks.- A self-starter with proactive attitude and the ability to work independently- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations to auditees- Ability to communicate and articulate to internal users and external vendors at all levels- Good team player with strong stakeholder management skills- Ability & proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become known
