Able to determine the issue for each interaction and assist professionally.
- Passionate in helping to resolve customer issues and complaint handling.
- Guide and resolve the issue professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers to solve issues by providing the right solution.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions for all channels.
- Provide excellent customer service handling and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

**Requirement**:

- Fresh graduate or SPM holders are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English (writing & speaking).
- Able to speak a minimum of 2 languages (English + Mandarin), (English + Tamil), (English + Malay).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Typing skill on 25 words/minute.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

**Details**:

- Working hours (2 shift): Operation Monday to Sunday 9am to 9pm. 2 shift 9am to 6.30pm & 11.30am to 9pm (Shift and off day will be on rotation basis)
- Location : TRX Level 7 Menara Exchange 106.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
