- Menjana laporan bulanan mengenai stok peralatan seminar.
- Mengambil barang dari pembekal untuk kegunaan syarikat dan seminar.
- Mengurus dan mengendalikan dokumen syarikat untuk pelanggan.
- Menjaga bekalan dan peralatan pejabat serta mengurus penyelenggaraan.
- Berikan bantuan dalam tugasan pengurusan projek, termasuk pemantauan jadual dan hasil yang dijangka.
- Bantu dalam penyelenggaraan dan pelaksanaan acara atau projek.

- **Kelayakan**:

- Pendidikan: Minimum lulus SPM atau Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan
- Kemahiran: Kemahiran organisasi dan multitugas yang baik.
- Mahir dalam rangkaian Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara berkumpulan.
- Kefahaman terhadap peralatan pejabat dan alat teknologi asas.
