優秀的溝通能力並精通英語（書面和口頭）。
工作獨立，積極性高。
優秀的人際交往能力並且足智多謀。
具備商業頭腦。
訴訟（民事和刑事）的工作知識。儘管律師不會出庭（作為辯護人），但他/她應該具備為公司提供建議並指導/管理外部律師的豐富知識。
具有處理法律合規風險問題的經驗。
