**Responsibilities**
- To assist in general administrative works and assist in performing marketing & clerical matters
- To maintain admin matters (Office, Utilities, Stationery, Refreshment, Mail, Courier, etc.)
- Manage office database works
- To liaise with marketing and Production Teams for any task job.
- To ensure all data & delivery items are update & accurate.
- Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- To ensure all task jobs are updated timely and accurately.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate are invited to apply.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
