The FES Accounting US GAAP Controller leads a team that is responsible for multiple global accounting processes, including: Reconciliation Oversight CoE, Merger and Acquisition support, JE CoE, Cash and Treasury Accounting CoE, Blackline CoE and InterCo Accounting CoE in partnership closely with US Close and Reporting Controller. The team is responsible to execution of US GAAP close, final defend of high quality GL and driving continue improvement (ESSA).
As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.

Additionally, the role is also leadership connection with customer and stakeholders that we provide services to.
This role is also integral to our Finance Modernization, supporting elimination of our manual journal entries and enable touchless actuals with real-time, decision useful financial results and improve business processes.

This role is a key owner of managing Blackline expert and optimization of Blackline tools including: Reconciliations, Match and Clear, Journal Entry and Tasks. This role is also critical in developing our understanding of SAP and optimal utilization of SAP in support of our accounting functions.
**Qualifications**

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 12+ years of relevant work experience.
- Prior US GAAP accounting/Finance experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, MBA or CPA equivalent.
- Experience with Decisions Quality methodologies and working knowledge of Intel's finance and information systems
