The Supervisor Accounting leads a team of specialists, who are responsible for US GAAP as well as statutory accounts of several Zebra legal entities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages a team of Accounting specialists
- Manages team to ensure all monthly US GAAP closing activities are performed in timely manner and required quality.
- Leads review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Cooperates closely with other departments - AR, AP, Payroll, Treasury, internal Audit
- Reviews all statutory filings (annual accounts, VAT returns, statistics, etc.), coordinates the approach with external service providers if relevant
- Works closely with external auditor where applicable, prepares the audit timing plan, owns the end-to-end audit process
- Provides direction and supervision to team members according to established policies
- Responsible for hiring, performance reviews, resolving grievances and coaching for performance
- Operates as an escalation point for junior team members
- Supports training for new hires

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Typically requires at least 5 years of professional work experience in an accounting role (GL Accountant/GL Team Leader /Auditor)
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced level of English (if not native speaker), both written and oral, demonstrates ability to discuss finance issues in English
- Second foreign language preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong team player, proactive, flexible, mature, professional approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of Oracle is preferred (but not required)
