To assist in project administrations.
- To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling.
- To develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- To prepare a letter for a project.
- To assist in preparing Minute of Meeting, Meeting Feedback and Meeting Agenda.
- To ensure proper documentation for ongoing projects.
- To prepare Letter, Purchase Order to suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Responsible for incoming call and divert to a related person.
- Issue memo and notice for any news and announcement to all staffs.
- Upkeep all training record as per requirement of ISO 9001:2008.
- Plan, execute and follow up on all requirement activities.
- Provide support in general office administration.
- To assist in preparing and submission tenders.
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities.

**Job Requirements**
- Fresh graduates Degree are encourage to apply
- Self-starter with good organisation, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
- Able to work well with others as a team and possess good personalities.
- Strong planning, organisational and analytical skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Able to work under pressure, tight schedule and independent.

**Trainee will undergo 12 months programs**:

- Soft Skill Training for one 2 weeks.
- On Job Training for 11 months and 2 weeks

**Ability to Travel (Project Site)**:

- Klang
- Kuala Lumpur
- Temerloh

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
