**Job Description**:
MK Containers Global Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of container solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Assistant & Admin. This position will play a vital role in supporting our HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Human Resources Support:
Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and documentation.

Support HR activities such as employee training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.

2. Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and organizing meetings.

Maintain and update company databases and records.

Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as required.

Manage office supplies and inventory, and ensure proper stock levels.

3. Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.

Knowledge of HR processes and practices.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Malaysia.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
