**Job description**

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. You will support the HR department in duties like posting job ads, updating HR database and processing employees requests.

Our HR administrative assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assist day-to-day office administrative within the Department.
- Maintain promoter & employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, sick leaves, Application form)
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
- Prepare monthly reports (stationery, uniform, etc) for internal communications.
- Prepare Purchase Order, progress claim and all admin related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Must FULLY Vaccinated**:

- Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator at minimum 2 years is an added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in labor law and teamwork skills is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Central Plaza i-City, Shah Alam.
- Willing to work on weekends & Public Holiday when needed during promotion days/MDS (to support cashier operations).

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
