**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the HR Team in Talent Acquisition and HR General tasks/ activities.
- Maintain employee records and update the related HR databases.
- Prepare data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner.
- Assist in organizing HR-related training programs, events, workshops, seminars, etc.
- Collaborate in HR events and meetings while coordinating the communication between management and employees.
- Consistently stay updated on the latest HR best practices to enhance efficiency in the workplace.
- Perform other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management/ Administration Management/ TESL or equivalent.
- Internship availability from 15th of September 2023 onwards.
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per month
