JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Astro is reinventing the business to transform customer experience that creates new value and connecting people with insights and experiences. This role will lead a team of 4 people and be the centre of excellence team between content, sales and technology team to deliver a best in class Astro owned portals.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and improve performance and revenue of the portals. Performance which covers MAU, pageviews, time on site while growing revenue through display / video ads and direct sponsorships from brand- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, design, engineering, and customer success- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities to be incorporated in product roadmap- Work with internal teams and external vendors to scope, schedule, and deliver best in class digital platforms on time and within budget- Proactively manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution- Creating new opportunities for growth by identifying new markets and potential customer groups that could benefit from the company’s products or services- Craft a product vision (short
- and long-term) and convert it to concrete strategy-
- Delivers effective sales presentations, works collaboratively with Digital Sales team to drive revenue
