JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for managing end to end digital advertising booking and billing cycle. Ensure that campaign media order from client/agencies are submitted by sales in order and compliance with Finance SOP and requirement for corporate and revenue assurance policy. Work closely with campaign management team, mainly on digital product execution and fulfilment for monthly billing processes.

Digital campaign booking, reporting and billing- Review and verify digital campaign details in booking form/order to ensure they are complete.- Process digital booking details into SAP or any revenue tracking/billing system in use.- Digital campaign entitlement utilization monitoring and health check Prepare monthly campaign progress tracking and billing report.

Request Management- Acknowledge and respond to client’s service request.- Receive and log requests in the Request Tracking Tool.- Perform trouble-shooting and escalation until incident resolution.

Project Management- Liaise with in house sales team to support campaign status update.- New digital ad product/rate card update with SAP/revenue tracking/billing system support team.- Billing cycle communication and internal SOP enhancement.

Job Qualifications- Minimum diploma/degree- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar or supporting role of business admin/finance- Advertising/Digital Media Industry experience preferred

- Strong analytical skill with numbers and calculation- Experience with administration and finance data processing- Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)- Attention to detail, dynamic and proactive- Good presentation and communication skills- Independent, self-motivated and possess positive attitude- Ability to work and manage in a fast pace and challenging environment
