JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign management for Astro Fibre’s products - standalone, buddle or add on service to drive brand awareness as well as sales conversions.- To assist to lead/initiate marketing campaigns across diverse channels to generate leads, amplify brand and product’s awareness and drive sales, aiming for measurable and impactful revenue growth.- Understand the business objectives and translating them into creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.- Ensures and facilitates effective communication flow throughout campaigns.- To work closely with Product, Content, Sales, Digital Marketing, Data, Website team and external agencies in designing and developing the best marketing, branding and tactical campaigns.- Develop compelling marketing content, including website materials, EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), social media posts and promotional materials, emphasizing conversion-focused messaging to drive revenue.- Support sales initiatives by providing marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.- Assist Senior Associate/Assistant Vice President/Senior Assistant Vice President in day-to-day activities.
Identify marketing touch points: ATL, BTL, events, social media and digital marketing to aligned with overall business, marketing and branding goals.- Understand the different consumer segments and behaviour to recommend the media buys (e.g., newspaper, radio, digital, DOOH etc) to effectively reaching out to the target segment.- Work with market research and media agency to identify market trends, customer needs and competitor strategies. Use the insights to guide marketing strategies.- Utilize digital marketing tools and platform to optimize online presence including KOL, manage campaign, and track performance metrics.
Partnership Opportunity.- Work with internal and external partners to build a strategic collaboration to grow brand awareness, attracting new customer or strengthening existing customer loyalty.
Administrative support.- To monitor/track marketing monthly expenses against budget.- Provide monthly accrual to the Finance.- To work with internal Regulatory/Legal/Freelance/Procurement unit to draft agency/talent contract (if needed)- To coordinate with internal admin to create PO/PR or any administrative related documents.
Other ad-hoc projects.- Provide support on any other specials projects in the Product Marketing Department.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in marketing, advertising & promotions, products roles in entertainment, telecommunication industry, agencies
- Microsoft office skills (Power Points, Words, Excel etc)
- Data analysis, a bonus if have background in google analytics
