**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming and receiving of guest arrival & registering in a friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn and use guest’s name at every opportunity
- Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Office such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
- Maintains intimate knowledge of departmental standards and procedures
- Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
- To ensure all check-outs promptly for FIT individual guest and group by ensuring all charges are settled and are in accordance with the hotel standard credit policies
**Requirements**:
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Min 1 year of relevant experience at Front Office department
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer knowledge particularly in Opera Reservation system would be an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
