Receptionist/front Desk Personnel

**Responsibilities**:
- Sorting, filing, preparing & dispatching letter for Company.
- Monitor despatch/ driver schedule.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents or parcels and distribute accordingly.
- Handle office upkeep (maintenance/cleanliness/refreshment/stationery.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Provide administrative support to the department's operations.
- Keep the reception counter clean, neat and tidy at all the times.
- To undertake other ad hoc responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
- Possess good telephone etiquette, committed and with good work ethics.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
